In 2024-2025, the Uzbekistan government will allocate 205 billion soums for the development of the tourism industry in the country which was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
This document notes that the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, regional governments, together with the private sector will have to present the feasibility study of communications, building and repairing internal roads and bridges, water supply and electricity modernization of tourist facilities.
