At the MITT – 2017 international tourism exhibition being held in Moscow, Uzbekistan’s tourism potential is widely displayed.
Tourism firms of this country are actively participating in international tourism fairs being held in various countries of the world and are widely promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential.
According to information from Uzbekistan’s State Committee for the Development of Tourism, the Ozbekiston Havo Yollari national airline and such tourism companies as Central Asia travel, Azimut Samarkand Travel, Oriental Tales and Shahriyor -Tur are participating in the MITT – 2017 international tourism exhibition.
Representatives, experts and specialists of tourism firms and companies from 185 countries of the world are participating in this international tourism exhibition, which incorporates all the modern spheres of tourism industry.
Uzbekistan has been participating actively in this international tourism fair for many years now. In the 2016 tourism fair, Uzbekistan’s national exhibition stand won “The best tourism area presentation” award.
This time too, the “Uzbekistan” national exhibition stand draws visitors’ attention with its unique new design, ornament and rich content. It gives information about the country’s historical sites and Uzbek people’s national traditions and values. Participants in the tourism fair are very much interested in colour booklets about tourist attractions in Samarqand, Bukhara, Khiva, Sharhirsabz, Tashkent and other towns of historical interest in this country and in items of national craftsmanship.
As part of the exhibition, Uzbekistan’s delegation is to hold meetings with representatives of a number of establishments in Moscow. In the course of these talks, there will be an exchange of views on projects to be implemented as part of cooperation.
