Uzbekistan hosts the first youth forum of Central Asia on June 26-30.
The event is being attended by representatives of the councils of Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the youth wing “Zhas Otan” of the Nur Otan Party of Kazakhstan, the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan, the Committee for Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Makhtumkuli.
The main goal of this forum, uniting the youth of fraternal people of the Central Asian countries, is aimed at joint implementation of socially significant projects and programs.
Within the framework of the forum, conferences will be organized on various subjects dedicated to youth life. In particular, roundtable discussions and music programs on “The role of youth in development of science and education”, “Cultural cooperation in the Central Asian region”, “Youth tourism – the main factor of development of Central Asia”, “The role of youth in countering aggressive extremism and radicalism that lead to terrorism” will be held.
The main events of the forum will be held in Tashkent and Samarkand. As a result, it is planned to sign a memorandum between the countries “Cooperation 2019-2021”.
