National Export-Import Insurance Company “Uzbekinvest” organized an event to discuss the results of the execution of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On appeals of individuals and legal entities” in the organization’s activity. In particular, for the first 9 months of this year, the company received 75 complaints that were considered positive.
Company’s management and its subsidiaries, Tashkent city and Tashkent region branches, as well as the media attended the event. Participants discussed the essence and significance of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On appeals of individuals and legal entities.” It was noted that the right for appeal is one of the most important rights of citizens and a major factor in ensuring the effective protection of human interests.
-Our company carries out a series of effective measures for the purposes of this law. Similar events were held by employees of “Uzbekinvest” in regional branches of the company. Its participants were given recommendations on rapid and qualitative consideration of applications of individuals and legal entities, – head of Legal Department of “Uzbekinvest” Adham Kholboev said.
In addition, the law “On appeals of individuals and legal entities”, adopted in December 2014, has improved the procedure for appeals of citizens to the state authorities.
The law has secured the order of treatment in electronic form, which greatly facilitates this process. A specially established working group of “Uzbekinvest” carries out the reception, registration and consideration of applications.
