The university is registered in the QS ranking of universities of Eastern Europe and Central Asia for 2020.
This is the result of cooperation of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education with such leading international agencies of the world as Times Higher Education and QS over the past two years in order to increase the international authority of higher education institutions of the country.
Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers in such QS rating criteria as academic survey, employer assessment and scientific potential, registered positive indicators among universities of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, ranked among universities in the interval between 301-350 places.
In the ranking, Lomonosov Moscow State University took the first place, and Saint Petersburg State University took the second place. Leading universities of Russia, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Belarus and Bulgaria are also among the best.
