On April 15, Travel Mart B2B Exhibition kicked off in Tashkent.Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov opened the event. In his welcoming speech, he noted the importance of the event held in a new format.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Acting Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development Abdulaziz Akkulov, Chairman of the Association of Private Tourism Organizations (APTO) Gulchekhra Israilova, representatives of international and domestic organizations in tourism and mass media.
Tourism organizations from Azerbaijan, Greece, Georgia, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Russia, the UAE, South Korea and other countries took an active part in the exhibition.
The event is organized by APTO with the support of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Uzbekistan Airways.
