Tashkent hosted the closing ceremony of the 27th International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road”.
It was noted that Uzbekistan’s experience in the development of each area of tourism is an example for many countries.
Representatives of the regions and organizations were awarded several nominations, such as “The most exemplary stand”, “The most active stand”, “The most hospitable stand” and more.
Organizations received special recognition in such categories as “The most realistic and unique stand”, “For demonstrating the potential of wine tourism in the country”, “The most generous partner”, “For effective tourism development services”.
More than 300 participants from 30 countries took part in the fair.
