The fruitful Uzbekistan – Türkiye Summit in Ankara has ended.
During the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, several high-level events took place.
The heads of state held a meeting in a contracted format and the third meeting of the Strategic Cooperation Council.
Following the meeting, a Joint Declaration on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries and 19 bilateral documents, were signed.
The leaders held a joint meeting with the heads of leading enterprises and companies for the first time.
A ceremony was held to award the President of Uzbekistan the “Order of the Republic of Türkiye” – the highest state award in this country.
Following the visit, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his spouse saw off President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse at Ankara Esenboga Airport.
The President of Uzbekistan has departed for Tashkent.
