The SJC “Uzkimyosanoat” hosted a meeting with the head of strategy and corporate development of the Spanish company Maxamcorp Holding SL Montoro Lopez, as well as representatives of the company Maxam, who arrived in Uzbekistan for meetings of the Supervisory Board of “Maxam-Chirchik” and JSC “Ammophos-Maxam”.
According to the Uzbek company, during the meeting the sides exchanged views on the implementation of indicators of business plans of companies in 2014 and I quarter of 2015, the organization of annual general meetings of shareholders, as well as other issues on the agenda of meetings of the supervisory board.
