The State Committee of Uzbekistan on privatization, de-monopolization and Competition Development held a meeting with a representative of the company HeidelbergCement AG Roman Kempe.
According to the Committee, the purpose of the visit was to discuss the possibility of creating in our country of new enterprises for the production of cement.
During the meeting the sides discussed issues of acquisition of public and / or private assets of enterprises producing construction materials (cement, concrete, etc.) by HeidelbergCement AG.
The German company producing construction materials HeidelbergCement AG is one of the world’s largest producers of cement (1 place) and concrete (3rd place). The company owns 28 thousand companies, and has offices in more than 40 countries around the world. The turnover in the previous year exceeded €15 billion.
