A new aqueduct Kungrad-Muinak with the water distribution unit of total cost of 26.4 billion soums is to be built in Karakalpakstan.
All the works under the project are scheduled for completion by July 1, 2017. According to experts, the aqueduct will create favorable living conditions and provide centralized drinking water supply to the Muinak district.
The project will be funded through 10.4 billion soums of centralized investments of the Uzbek Agency Uzkommunkhizmat, 5 billion soums of the government budget of Karakalpakstan, 5 billion soums of funds of Uzbekiston Temir Yullari, as well as 6 billion soums from donors.
