The World Taekwondo Federation announced the results of the vote of athletes and coaches to determine the best athletes of 2024.
Member of Uzbekistan team, two-time Olympic champion in taekwondo Ulugbek Rashitov was recognized as the best taekwondo athlete in the world.
The award ceremony took place in Hong Kong as part of the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships. The Secretary General of the World Taekwondo Federation Jeongkang Seo presented the prize.
