The event was organized by Samarkand regional and city khokimiyats, the Department of Culture and Handicrafters Association with the support of the Department of Education and other organizations. The event was sponsored and coordinated by Tourism Development Department and regional khokimiyat.
More than 80 handicrafters from different regions and districts, more than 20 catering outlets attended the festival.
More than 3 thousand foreign tourists, about 55 thousand guests from other regions and local residents visited the festival within two days.
