National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the subsidiary bank of Sberbank joint-stock company in Kazakhstan held a round table on the study of international best practices in banking and on the issues of introduction of new types of banking services and products.
– The meeting of representatives of the two banks was fruitful in all respects, – says M.Nabiyev, director of the retail operations department of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. – The experience of the subsidiary bank of Sberbank joint-stock company was studied in order to provide customers with modern banking services, the introduction of innovations into the sphere. Sberbank achieves significant results in the retail business. The bank’s achievements in this area are very important for us.
During the event, workshops on “Production of new products in retail business”, “Improvement of software and business processes”, “Trade finance and development of cooperation with international financial institutions” were held.
