Uzbekistan Military is studying the experience of colleagues

A scientific practical conference devoted to studying the experience on organization of military service in the Central Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was held at the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.Makhmudov delivered a speech at the conference.

Special attention was paid to the importance of studying the experience of conducting combat operations and organizing daily service of troops in the leading countries of the world.

Commander of the troops of Tashkent Military District (TMD) Major General B.Kurbanov in his speech shared the results of the visit of the military delegation of the TMD to the Central Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In particular, it was noted as a positive example that up to 30 percent of field activities in this district are conducted in night conditions, this increases the level of coherence of interaction. The process of combat work at the landfill is monitored with unmanned aerial vehicles. Creation of “scientific troops” at TMD, consisting of military servicemen with higher education, was proposed as an experiment. An important conclusion from the commander’s trip became the impression that the army of Uzbekistan is not inferior to the level of human potential, the ability of soldiers and officers.

Information was heard on large-scale activities on re-equipping the troops with modern weapons and military equipment, increasing their controllability through the intensification of application of information and communication technologies, the effectiveness of military-administrative sectors created recently in Uzbekistan.

Undoubtedly, this event will have important practical significance not only as an incentive for the development of military thought, but will also give a new impetus to the growth of the combat readiness of the national army.
