Currently, prevention of crime among youth, educating them in the spirit of our ancient values, respect for the family, veneration of adults, gratitude for these bright days is becoming ever more important.
This idea is the basis of “Scorpion” film, the shooting of which has started these days.
On February 12 of this year, a joint resolution was adopted by the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan, “Uzbekkino” National Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and the Center for Development of Cinematography on supporting the creation by young filmmakers of feature films that have a positive impact on upbringing youth and their wide rent.
The “Scorpion” film is the first of its kind.
According to the Press Service of the Center for Development of Cinematography, the film will be shot with support of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Uzbekistan National Guard, in Tashkent and Bukhara, as well as in Russia and Morocco.
The composition of the creative group of the film also included many foreign specialists. In particular, the film’s operator is Max Tsui from Germany, who already collaborated with director Mukhlisa Azizova in creating the image video “Welcome to Bukhara”. The producer of the film is Oybek Abdushukurov. It should be noted that the “Scorpion” is the first full-length film by a young director Mukhlisa Azizova.
