Demonstration of innovation ideas, technologies and projects

Mardon Kholmirzayev, a third-year student of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, is engaged in scientific research. Development of water-saving automatic irrigation system is a result of his research.

This project was presented at “Innovative ideas, technologies and projects” competition, held at Tashkent State University of Economics within the framework of the Week of Marketing and Advertising ADWEEK.

Scientists, representatives of general public, foreign specialists, students and mass media workers were invited to the innovation fair held in connection with the Year of supporting active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technologies within the framework of which the competition was held.

Rector of Tashkent State University of Economics B.Khodiyev, Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education U.Begimkulov, Deputy Minister of Innovative Development A.Umarov and others noted the effectiveness of large-scale work on supporting innovative ideas, technologies and projects, which are an important factor in development of Uzbekistan’s economy.

The competition was attended by gifted students from 12 universities of Tashkent. Winners of “The best innovative business project”, “The best innovative ICT and developments”, “The best innovative technics and technologies” nominations were identified and awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.

Within the framework of the innovation fair, master classes were also held with participation of business representatives implementing large-scale investment projects in Uzbekistan.
