Qoraqalpoghiston’s taekwondo open championship has taken place in Nukus.
In this championship, 110 young sportsmen born in 1991-1999 and 2000-2003from the towns of Nukus and Takhiatosh, Nukus District and the town of Chirchiq of Tashkent Region competed.
According to the results of the championship held in fifteen weight categories, Davlatnazar Ozodboyev, Bekmurza Fahriddinov, Navruzbek Bekturghanov, Alisher Toraboyev and Turaniyoz Yerniyozov from Nukus, Dilmuhammad Turdimuratov and Abror Ishnazarov from Takhiatosh and Nikita Kim, Azil Odilov and Termir Kurbanov from the town of Chirchiq are the winners in their weight categories.
In the competitions among girls, Sevinch and Munisa Egamberdiyevas from Takhiatosh, Moldir Jumaboyeva and Fotima Alimova from Chirchiq and Dilnoza Ortiqboyeva, Aynura Juldasbayeva and Mehribon Nurjonova from Nukus gave no chance to their opponents and won.
Diplomas and memorable gifts were given to the winners.
