The Central Military Orchestra of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan is taking part in the international festival of military orchestras “Peace Horn”, held in Beijing on April 22-27.
Delegation of Uzbekistan also includes representatives of the Central Song and Dance Ensemble of the Ministry of Defense.
On April 24, military musicians of Uzbekistan performed with a concert under the direction of the honored worker of culture of Uzbekistan, “Dustlik” (“Friendship”) Order Chevalier, retired colonel Pavel Makarov. Their repertoire consists of the march “Buyuk ipak yuli” (“The Great Silk Road”), as well as musical compositions “Salamanca”, “Return to Sorrento”, and the famous jazz work “Sing Sing”. The ballet group performed “Oq lolalar” (“White tulips”) national work.
Musicians of Uzbekistan Military Orchestra will also perform the national melody “Lazgi”, will please music fans with novelties from their creative repertoire.
